Commercial & Residential Underground Utilities
Seamless connection to municipal systems. We manage the entire process, from permits to final inspections, ensuring a compliant and reliable tie-in.
City sewer tie ins are required anytime your within 200 feet of a city sewer main. If a standard septic system fails and your with in that 200 feet the septic system is abandoned and a city tie in is required.
The city is involved on inspections regardless if it’s city side or on your private property. Usually the residents are responsible for the cost.

Dirt Work | House Pads
Precision excavation and site preparation. We provide land clearing and pad development
to create a solid foundation for your build.
What is a House Pad?
• Site evaluation and layout to plan access, elevation, and build footprint
House pads are typically built on compacted earth pads which are leveled and raised slightly
above the surrounding terrain to assure good drainage. Proper grading can require tremendous
dirt work with lots of cutting and filling.

• Clearing and grubbing to remove brush and debris from the build area
• Rough excavation and cut and fill to set elevations and balance soil on site
• Import and export of material as needed for stable grades and compaction
• House pad construction with moisture conditioning and compaction for a solid base

• Trenching and subgrade prep for utilities (water, power, gas, septic) before foundations
• Driveway and access prep for heavy equipment and deliveries
